Amazing Livelihood Association was established in January 2017, composed of 16 unemployed mothers and 4 men ( farmers ) in the farming community of Bayombong, who were looking for other potential sources of livelihood to augment their family income. Mrs. Maureen Lalaan, who was the leader of the group, together with her husband, used their savings to start a project for the newly organized association.

As some for their members grow ginger and other herbs, they ventured into ginger processing and they started producing a 10-in-1 turmeric tea,
with ginger as the main ingredient along with nine other herbs. For almost three months gave away their products for free. The positive feedback from the people who tried their products encouraged them to continue with this venture, and soon after, they started getting orders. Later on, they began producing other herbal teas as well as products like chili garlic sauce and tomato jam.

They built a store in their community where they could sell their products, and it serves as a display centre for interested distributors. One year in, by God’s grace, they were able to get distributors from nearby provinces and even as far as Visayas and Mindanao, and this enabled the members to start earning additional income from their business.
